Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Graphic Designer who will be responsible for creating compelling visual content across multiple digital and print platforms, supporting our agency's marketing and client strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop creative and impactful design solutions for various client projects and marketing campaigns
  • Create visual concepts using design software for digital and print media
  • Design social media graphics, website visuals, email marketing templates, and digital advertising assets
  • Develop brand identity materials including logos, brand guidelines, and marketing collateral
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure cohesive visual messaging
  • Adapt designs for different platforms and formats while maintaining brand consistency
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input on client projects
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously with strict attention to deadlines
  • Prepare final artwork for print and digital distribution
  • Create infographics, data visualizations, and interactive design elements
  • Maintain and update design asset libraries
  • Provide design recommendations to improve brand communication

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
  • 0.6 to 1 year of professional design experience in a marketing or creative agency
  • Exceptional portfolio demonstrating creative and versatile design skills
  • Advanced proficiency in design software:
    • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
    • Figma or Sketch
    • Canva
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and colour theory
  • Experience with UI/UX design fundamentals
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in creating responsive designs for web and mobile
